Tom Wyllie, North East Singer - is becoming an increasingly popular choice, for weddings and anniversary celebrations. Tom's versatile repertoire means he can perform during the ceremony, champagne reception and wedding breakfast, and then have your guests up dancing the night away at your evening reception.

Based in Northumberland, Tom performs some of the greatest popular classical, musical theatre, pop, swing and disco songs ever written. Not many singers can deliver such an accomplished variety of repertoire.

Tom's prices start at just £395 plus travel costs for an evening reception with guests of up to 200. Additional costs may apply for larger venues, and if you would like to hire Tom to perform during the day too. He plans his repertoire with you, knowing how important it is to get it just right. Tom does recognise, that for cost conscious couples, hiring a singer and a disco can stretch the budget. When Tom isn't singing, you can play your own music, or Tom can provide a selection of music, to play through his PA system. Tom can also provide DMX controlled lighting to set the mood on the dance floor.

Tom Wyllie sang at our wedding at Horton Grange. He is a great entertainer and all of our guests commented on how much they had enjoyed his performance. Tom has an amazing voice and a wide ranging repertoire which will suit all ages and occasions. The song which we chose for our first dance was not included in his repertoire. Fortunately it suited his voice and Tom went over and beyond the call of duty by working on it for us so we were able to do our first dance to a live performance. You may well have seen Tom singing in Eldon Square, Newcastle upon Tyne or Metrocentre Gateshead? Many of these performances have been on behalf of Toma Fund - a fantastic charity which helps children and teenagers with cancer, and their families. Tom is proud to have helped raise thousands of pounds for such a worthwhile cause. In fact in just one afternoon, by singing in Eldon Square, he raised £1,830!!

Tom has also sung in Eldon Square on behalf of Rotary International, Newcastle upon Tyne - West, and broke their record for a single collection.

In return for his fee, and where the venue allows, Tom sells his CD's with a proportion of sales going directly to your charity, thereby further boosting your fundraising efforts!

His singing in Eldon Square shopping centre at our charity collection brought smiles, tears and great applause from men, women and children alike - as well as our highest collection ever!

Tom also performed at the inaugural Riders for Health Ball at the Newcastle Marriott Hotel, Gosforth Park. Ex Grand Prix Riders Randy Mamola and Niall McKenzie were hosting the event to raise funds to supply medics with trail bikes in Africa.

Tom doesn't just thoroughly entertain his guests he involves them, Tom absolutely "wowed" the guests at our recent ball at the Marriott Gosforth Park. The audience enjoyed his performance, setting the scene and lifting the convivial mood for the rest of the evenings charity fundraising activities. Well done Tom, you are a unique but very useful act, it is very easy to recommend you as an entertainer to anyone wishing to have an audience lifted, entertained and involved.

The charity, Multiple Sclerosis Research and Relief Fund(MSRRF) would like to thank Tom for his most amazing performance at the recent "Aster Gala Dinner Fundraising and Awareness Event at Close House Hotel and Golf Resort. This was the charity's first major Gala Dinner event, supporting all people affected by Multiple Sclerosis. Tom brought the Marquee down - "He is amazing"; "That voice! Wow where did that come from?", "Crikey- who is that?"; "He brought tears to my eyes when he sang "Bring him Home "". These are just some of the comments which people shared with me during the evening! Tom absolutely wowed the crowd. He also made a fantastic contribution to the charity's fundraising efforts by making a donation from his CD's sold on the night, contributing to the amazing £6200 raised during the evening.
